I have Sidi's G 4. Usually wear a 36, mine are 38 Megas (yes, woman's come in Megas). They are worth the price. My mountain shoes are Sidi's, too, although not Megas. My feet swell in hot weather a bit and I have a bunion, so getting the bigger size has helped a lot.
