2.5 miles today just to stretch out from the 9 mile run yesterday.

My ankle hurts a bit, I think I might have to switch shoes. My gel kayanos always worked well pre-orthotics but perhaps they're conflicting with the orthotics now.

For those who have done it, how heinous is the transition from running a half-marathon to running a full one? I'm just toying with the idea. The Portland marathon is 3 months after the half-marathon I'm doing. If I was going to do a marathon, I think that would be perfect timing. The Portland one looks like fun. Am just pondering at this point...will I be killing myself to do this? Am not going for time, just to finish.
