Tights below 40 degrees?

Living geographically near you..i wear the PI ultra therma-fleece tights and the Performance Tri-flex tights. The tri-flex have more of a wind protection on them, and they remind me of wearing like a rubber suit or something..but they are warm. I had to order a larger size than normal in those d/t the fit, as they are tight as roadie gal mentioned-(then I debated if I should've still ordered another size larger than that). The ultra therma fleece's are nice and warm too and I use them on less windier days.

I also like the amfib or gavia PI tights. I have 3 pairs of amfib bibs and one of the gavia bibs which helped me survive communiting all last winter and hopefully next winter. Watch Nashbar.com returns section for good prices. I have seen a few in the last couple of weeks for sale reasonably. Also I recommend ordering by phone to make sure the product is still available AND pay by check. They have a habit of overcharging credit cards. Happy riding.
