I have no idea how far I went, but today I finally got out on the trails and ran/walked for 42 minutes -- yay! It was in the 60s and lovely here in NC today. I wore my HRM and ran until my HR went above 160 (on hills), then walked until it was around 150, then ran again, back and forth. I'll say one thing, it is much, much easier running on the treadmill. I can do 40-45 minutes without my HR ever reaching 160 and with no walking stops. Rolling trails are a lot more challenging!
