Indiana can be grey in the winter. I get SAD bad. I'm much much much better off with a south facing office window. When my window was north facing, I got suicidal in Jan/Feb. It's not just being outside...sunny days help. pinkey is right - full spectrum bulbs can help, but I think sunshine is best.
