I weigh myself at the gym, whenever I go. This can be anything from 2 to 7 days a week, depending on the season and my schedule. Like mak, it keeps me honest. But I also know that my weight fluctuates (unlike most of y'all I'm heavier in the mornings - and when I've gained 4 lbs overnight I can be sure it's bloating!) so I don't freak out about small variations.
