Indy, might be that but maybe it's switching one sport to the other back-to-back? I know in tri training it takes a while to get used to it. Or, could be dehydration too.

I ran 3 miles today. After I do 3.5 miles tomorrow, it'll be 22 for the week! Saturday's a rest day and sunday is swimming. My goal is to reduce my run days from 5 to 4, I don't think 5 days is healthy. At least my legs don't think it is! I just have to get my mileage up enough so I don't have a drop in weekly mileage.
