I was playing leapfrog with the trash people

They'd drive and pass me then would stop to load their truck and I'd pass them. It made me be honest and not walk because I would've felt foolish. They were nice.
I was amazed that how sweaty my hair got in 37 degree temperature. You'd think that would be too cold to sweat. Go figure.
Eight miles? Good for you. I'm lucky to do 3.
I ran again last night--another 25 minutes or so on the treadmill. From there, I went to spinning and as I was taking my cycling shoes off after class, my calf cramped up something terrible. It still kind of hurts. I'm wondering if it's from the running and/or dehydration.
Live with intention. Walk to the edge. Listen hard. Practice wellness. Play with abandon. Laugh. Choose with no regret. Continue to learn. Appreciate your friends. Do what you love. Live as if this is all there is.
