    Yay... got there.
I did a total of 677 kilometres outside, 568km of that was on the road. So well and truly achieved what I wanted.

Congrats to those of you who reached the numbers you set yourselves...

V, so close! You can easily make that up in February... weather is getting better and better in your neck of the woods isn't it?

Mallio - too funny. My friend used to call me Yoda when we were young teenagers... but not because I was wise, more because of all the information I seemed to remember (even though most of it was useless - like the dot over the letter "i" is called a 'tittle' )

Right now I'm at 648 miles for January and I still have to commute home, so at least another 8 miles...possibly more.

    Sniff, sniff.

I didn't get to ride at all this January, or last come to think of it. There were a couple of okay days, but the salt and grime on the streets was too much for me and my steel bike.

I don't think I rode my trainer either, but I've been taking about 3 spinning classes a week and trying my best to run. I hate winter. We're supposed to get six inches of snow tonight. On Tuesday, mind you, we had tornadoes. As they say, if you don't like the weather in Indiana, wait five minutes and it'll change.

Kudos to you ladies who were able to ride this past month!

did manage to go out for a short ride to close out January.

It was bit cold and bit windy. It was a nice ride though. The ride made me think about the why I ride? do I need to ride this much? ... a new thread.
