No, because then your sweaty jersey goes into the laundry with the wrapper still in the pocket, you pull the now crushed, wrinkled and laundered wrapper out of the drier and toss it in the trash. and it goes into landfill.

I think it's a cool idea, but they're still going into the landfill, only they're making a minute donation to charity as well.
