Remember..DON"T PANIC...
Physio is not as bad as the ohers say. Just remember to do all the exercises your physio gives you every day! They're often easier in the pool(ok, my one legged squats are...)

BTW..is there a reputable pilates studio near you? The reason I ask is, i don't do a class but if you can do semi private sessions that might be an idea. The studio I go to created a program of exercises for the muscles involved for cycling & swimming. It kept me injury free.. Since being on the injured list, they have me doing different exercises.
