You can't go wrong for $7.00 - even if you didn't want to keep it, you could clean it up and put a new saddle on it, and probably turn around and sell it for alot more. Just my 2 cents. Keep us posted what you decide you do.

Well, well. Looks like I have plenty of buyers here should I choose to re-sell it. I sent an e-mail inquiring about it. It's in the town next to the one I work in. Hopefully I'll hear about it soon.

I don't know why I was debating so much? It's only $7, but I guess the thought of another bike in the house (and breaking the news to DH without him exploding) was what was worrying me, really. He didn't flip out too much. I ONLY have 6 bikes now, but I plan on selling 2.

Ok, so I went by and looked at it and bought it. Go figure, it's just my size (sorry MD, it wouldn't have fit your tall frame- or so I tell myself).
It's really a sweet little ride! Now I might have to fix it up and keep it and sell the other bike I use for errands (my Sears Free Spirit). It needs some work: the rims are rusty (but I can switch out the rims on my Free Spirit) and the handlebars are not in great shape (again- I'll switch out the ones on my Free Spirit) and the saddle is bad (the Free Spirit has a good one...).
So basically I'll change out all the good parts on the Free Spirit, put a new chain on it, and it'll be one purty bike. I'll have to play around with it a little, but when I get it looking nice (if it turns out the way I want), I'll post a pic.

Is there any way to know the age of the bike? Is it stamped somewhere secret?
