Congrats on your first bike sale!! I'm so glad it was for a woman and you got her just what she needed (not what you had sitting on the floor). Woo hoo! It's also nice to hear that you're making good customer service points- as that'll help (or hurt) business more than ANYTHING!! I'm so excited for your shop.
