Decided to do a climbing ride and see the snow , Unfortunately, every else had the same idea
Probably will put some pics in another but:
Ha! Hey...you don't like to climb. What were you doing on a climbing ride?

Yes, fun to see the pictures!

I was hoping to get in my first outdoor ride of 2008 today, but at 35 degrees and pouring rain, no thanks.

Spent an hour and a half on the trainer watching the first disc of Dune...the extended version. Will watch the 2nd half tomorrow.

(Guilty Admission: I was supposed to do 3 hours today, but I bagged it after 1-1/2 hours...kinda mad at myself. )

I finally got a ride in, my first this month because of going out of town, getting sick, weather, and the fact that I get home way too late to ride during the week. I was still sick yesterday so I only did about 12 miles, plus it was really, really windy.

    Fredwina,

I told Brandy over a year ago that if she wanted to learn to love climbing, to come climb with me. It seems to have worked. What do you not like about it?

Fresh snow on the ground today. No complaints, though, because the sky is clear!! Another trainer ride for me. Disk 2 of Dune: The Director's Cut.

I rode twice yesterday and got in 22 miles. On my first ride I jumped on the road bike with the wrong mtb shoes--the ones without cleats. Did 8 miles or so and turned back. Later I did 14 miles but by then, my heart wasn't in it to do a long ride. It was cold, cloudy and windy.

Today it's pretty and I have no desire to ride.
