Oh..Let Me...Bio Teacher...Sacro- Iliac Joint....not sure if it is one word or two.
I went for an MRI on my knee today, a rule out for a meniscal tear. Back to the doc on the 4th. I also got a line on a really good PT who is a tri guy at my pool, so I will have that in place when I go back to the doc.
Got in the pool the past two days. Swimming with the buoy. Felt good to be moving.
Got dinner in the oven, and a glass of wine, I smell a bit like the pool, but other than that, not a bad day.
FBG...glad you are ok, and nice to see you back.
