My super easy vegee chili...
I use Boca soy crumbles as the "meat".
I saute a chopped white onion in a bit of olive oil, then I add the boca crumbles, a couple of cans of chili ready tomatoes. (or chopped maters if I don't have the chili ready ones),a cup of broth, and a can or two of kidney beans. And then I get going with my spices. I use a mixure of new mexico style chili powders, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and a tablespoon or so of cocoa powder. (unsweetend of course).
Yes, cocoa powder, it's my secret ingredient.
Sometimes I also use cumin. I basically season to taste.
