Umm can i join in..now that i'm able to "spin" for a bit? Weenie rides indoors atm..

I managed about 10 or so min last night & I could have continued but i had to get to bed.Well ok that and my dearie poo reminded me that yes it's great to spin but build slowly. It's better than not being able to make a complete circle!

I thought for a bit & decided for the next adventure on the trainer on tuesday i'll have 3 songs ready.." shooting star", " baker street" & "run to the hills"...that way i have a goal..get through three songs & then add one each week.

Brandy-you & your dear are amazing..

Yea on Saturday when my cycling club was to start it was 30 degrees and windy. I'm a Texas gal who loves the heat... too cold for me!

So I got on my trainer for 3.5 hours and 58 miles.
