Can someone please tell me at what temperature human flesh begins to freeze?

How in the devil are those guys out there bare-armed playing football with the temperature what it is at Lambeau Field???? Do they not get frostbite?

I know, the sidelines are heated and they have handwarmers in their pockets and toewarmers, but how do they not get frostbite?
