I am recomitting to journaling my food and exercise for the next week and I am determined to be 139 point something by next Friday.

And on that note, I screwed up. I was late getting up and jumped into the shower before I remembered that today was weigh-in day! Oops! I'll weigh tomorrow morning and post then. I think it's the 'heavy' week of the month, so it may not be good...but we'll see. I'm certainly filling out my sweater a little better right now!![]()
