    I have 3 different spinervals and my favorite one is the uphill grind. It seems to go faster then No Slackers Allowed and Suffer-O-Rama. This has been my first season with Coach Troy and so far so good.

    I'm about to attempt "Mental Toughness." I borrowed it & was just queing it up on the VCR when I noticed that it's a 9.5 difficultly level ()

    I'll be back in 90 minutes to let you all know how it goes...

    I did that one IN ITS ENTIRETY one time last year. It's actually not that bad if you put on some good tunes of your own.

    Jo, there are several rest stops---3 minutes each but you can lengthen them.

    If the weather doesn't let up and give me safe pavement, I might have to gut that out again to prepare for the Wild Goose Chase.
