Salsabike - I felt the same way after I did my first Spinervals. I got the Time Saver one and the Autumn country ride one for X-mas. When I saw the easiest rating on them was 7.5 I thought I'd die. But I've been able to do 50 min. 8.something and felt really really really good afterwards. I did give Troy the finger, though, after a tough "climb."

I even came downstairs after the first to show my family how sweaty it made me (I think it was Christmas afternoon). I don't think they appreciated my excitement because my Dad said "Ew, you look like you just got out of the shower"
