At least you'll have someone @ the other end of the globe who can talk to you when you're up @ some blech time!

Salsa - let me know when you are ready to part with 1.0 and I will take it off your hands - I need SOMETHING to get me motivated other than my iPod.

So.... Salsa... what time you get to sleep then?

Yes, inquiring minds want to know...
Well, undramatically enough, I probably fell asleep around 12:30, which isn't all THAT much later than normal. But before I did, I not only posted here, but I emailed my spouse (working in Florida this week) AND my former principal who's a big cyclist, and babbled away about Spinervals. It was very funny. Those endorphins sure make you euphoric and nutso. My spouse thought it was real cool. My former principal said, "What are Spinervals?"
I still think it's really cool.

Salsabike - I felt the same way after I did my first Spinervals. I got the Time Saver one and the Autumn country ride one for X-mas. When I saw the easiest rating on them was 7.5 I thought I'd die. But I've been able to do 50 min. 8.something and felt really really really good afterwards. I did give Troy the finger, though, after a tough "climb."
I even came downstairs after the first to show my family how sweaty it made me (I think it was Christmas afternoon). I don't think they appreciated my excitement because my Dad said "Ew, you look like you just got out of the shower"![]()
Enjoy!
