CC - Thanks for checking in!

I have a good news/bad news scenario. The good news is that I have not torn my rotator cuff. The other good news is that I don't have tendonitis in my shoulder.

The bad news is that I have a tear in the cartiledge in my shoulder. I can have it repaired arthroscopically, or I can go and do PT for 4-6 weeks and see if that makes a difference. I opted for the PT route for now, and then will see where I am at after that.

In the meantime, I am still riding (albeit somewhat painfully), so life isn't all bad.

I am traveling at the moment, and will make an appt with the PT for next week. I will keep you all posted. Thanks for the support!
