having once popped my knee cap out of place, i can't even watch her bend her knees in all those ways. my patella pops out in sympathy just watching!she can't possibly have any pain as she can't have any nerve endings in her body. crazy!

I don't know much about it, but I thought I recognized a number of yoga asanas. (And then when that reminded me to go looking online for another pose that I saw photographed, that I thought was a yoga asana, I found several more of these feats pictured on yoga sites, performed by other people.)
So yeah, a healthy dose of genetic flexibility and an amazing amount of muscle control to be able to get in and out of those poses smoothly. Just another reminder of why I should be doing yoga regularly![]()
exactly! it is creepy!!!! i used to teach anatomy and physiology, those joints are supposed to bend that way!
