    katluvr,
welcome, join in, it helps to have people who understand and are supportive! falling off the wagon is to be expected, dont beat yourself up over it. but dont take it as a license to quit either, just get back in it! everyone has Their Thing that we succumb too, whether chocolate, bread, wine, so take it as a special treat for the moment and then get on with living.

yesterday morning i carefully counted out my 59 grams of ezekial cereal with my 4 ounces of skim milk, then a coworker whose family owns a mexican restaurant brings in 4 dozen mini-chimichangas!! and there are only four people on our shift, so it would have been rude not to imbibe. i limited myself to 4 - two beef, two chicken - with guacamole.

then faithfully got up this morning and once again measured out my 59 grams of ezekial cereal and 4 ounces of skim milk . . . . .

    I broke our scale!

JK, It needs a new battery. I'm working on it . . .

Okay, got a whole new scale. So, my first weight of 184 might not be accurate.

    Current weight: 179

    Tomorrow is weigh in!

Oh my gawd, tomorrow is weigh in! I feel like it is the Biggest Loser and tonight is the "last chance work out"! My goal is at least 1 pound--sadly can't pull those big numbers (but I am grateful I am not 200+ pounds)--that is why I keep pedaling!
    Good luck everyone!

CC, I can add you but I need to know if you are doing the reward challenge or the no reward challenge?

Oh, and weigh in is on Friday.

katluvr - I know what you mean! I was thinking "last chance workout" to myself about tonight, too!

    Weigh in

Ok, I usually weigh in on Tuesdays...but I really almost weigh every day.
So start me off at 119--last weeks weight. I have been doing the 1 pound per week the past 3 weeks. I did a long ride and long run this weekend, but may have had just 1 too many glasses of wine last night (darn if they just made wine without calories). I actually do a good job or riding or running on weekends...but it is staying active during the week. Well I packed my bag for the gym and it is in the car and the gym is on the way home!
