Sometimes it'll feel stable for a month or so because there is fluid/swelling inside the joint and the pressure of the fluid stabilizes it. When the swelling finally goes down, there's less intra-articualr pressure and the bone ends have move freedom of movement. Or, some of the new scar tissue may have stretched out.
Ultimately CC, unless something is being compressed that shouldn't be, this isn't much of a functional concern. Over time, the joint will usually scar down and stabilize. It often looks funny, different position and enlarged, compared to the other side but quite functional.
I just want to you make sure it's not squishing anything and be sure to tell the doac about the dizziness etc. Don't leave out any of the weird symptoms when you talk to him. He won't think you're crazy.
