OK... with the plethora of suspicion on the board at the moment to new posters with strange comments... razorback, I am a bit unsure of why you posted this and only one post since you joined.

And to title you post intimating dieting is better than exercise? I am sorry but I have to disagree - if you are staying here at TE, please look around the board and get a feel for the members here.

We know that dieting is one aspect of weight loss but will not work effectively or be long term without a change in overall lifestyle - including exercise.

If you are genuine - I apologise if this post causes offence

Courage does not always roar. Sometimes, it is the quiet voice at the end of the day saying,
    "I will try again tomorrow".

My diet has been more less been see it eat it till recently.

Try it, yoooouuuu'll like it. And I DOOOO. I'm like Mikey he eats everything.
Gawd do I luv spinach, citrus fruit, Avocado, turnips, lettuce and salad of all kinds... meat, fish, dairy products mostly cheese, Hard cheese especially, grain... pasta you name it, okay there are few things I hate (pickled harring, ludafesk (sp) 1000 year old eggs)

I'm soo badd, I scanvage and eat things off the ground

mushrooms. hiking and I'm usually looking for them. black morrels, chantrelles, boletes, matsutake, ...

Sorry but I don't believe in diet pills. I rather enjoy life and work off the excess. Besides, cycling is soo much fun.

One thing I don't do, "supersize me" or eat at fast food places. I draw a blank the last time when I went and had any kind of fast food. okay so I had a diet coke at company Christmas luncheon in '07.

Thai or chinese for lunch stir fried vegies or tom ka kai soup.... hard choice. getting near that time now... Buddha's delight sounds yummy. Oh I do control my portions. We always doggie bag our restaurant dinner and make a second meal out of it. Portions are always too big.
