Ouch... hoping it all turns out to be normal healing... hugs, but not tight ones.
CC - you need to chill until you get the results. Rest, don't do anything that causes sharp pain or tingling. Rent a bunch of movies and relax. Don't mess around with this. You want to know that there is no nerve or vascular pressure before you get back into activity.
Go to the pool or the beach and do water exercises for your knee. I know it's not the same but try to lay low until Wed OK?
