well, this is as far as I've gotten:
Yogurt, one frozen banana, fruit...
add a tiny bit of sweetener & vanilla extract.
and PEDAL!
Raleighdon bought 4 kinds of frozen fruit to try, we've finished the mango and have started on the blueberries.

Am after recipes for veggie JUICES not SMOOTHIES.
I have recently purchased a super juicer, my old had seen better days, no, I don't think I will attach it to the back of my bike.........
Knowing most of you guys seem very knowledgeable with healthy things, wondered if you can suggest any good juicing recipes (tried and tested)!
I am looking for ideas that I can use for lunch, instead of eating stodgy sandwiches.
.............rushes off to buying lots more fresh ingredients.

Try this, from the PowerJuicer recipe book. I thought it would be pretty vile, but it was very refreshing:
A cup of parsley
A green apple
4 broccoli florets
3 celery stalks
1/2 lemon (rind on)
(I also added a little ball of spinach)
("Grind" them in the order listed)
The PowerJuicer recipe book has tons of vegetable-only, and mostly-vegetable juices. Lots of them blend the green vegetables with the brightly colored ones, with a cube of fresh ginger thrown in.
