I want a blender for my bike!
My favorite smoothie recipe:
6 frozen strawberries (whole big ones)
1/2 frozen over-ripe banana
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1/2 cup skim milk
Blend! (makes one smoothie)
I sub in blueberries, raspberries, nectarines, mango, whatever...for the strawberries and I love it! As long as the fruit is frozen, you don't need ice and you get a nice thick and yummy (but not too sweet) smoothie. Oh, and if the bananas aren't super ripe - a splash of maple syrup helps.![]()
