Cycling clinics in Orange County?

A friend who lives in OC is thinking of buying a bike and I wanted to point her to some local resources. All the clinics posted here seem to be in the Bay area. Surely there are good things like that around LA?

Yeah, beginner. She recently lost about 80 lbs, and has run a 5k, I think. She said she wanted a bike to do rides of a couple hours, on the bike path. She'll be a convert.
