I was wandering around Ibex's site and read their guarantee. If you aren't happy with something, they'll take it back. whenever!

Now, why didn't they tell me that when I wrote about my incredible shrinking Switchback? Ok, fine that they replied it's an unstable fabric and the Switchback is being phased out and replaced by the Shak, but.... could I have sent the mutant Switchback in and traded it for a Shak that wouldn't shrink so much it leaves 4 inches of my wrist hanging out and is so tight it HURTS?

(I washed it exactly ONCE in cold water, I've never had a problem with any other of my 10 or 15 Ibex pieces)

    I'm a whiney woolweenie.

I am almost positive they will take it back and give you credit. Why wouldn't they, with their guarantee??
Call them on the phone though!

Lisa S.H., I LOVE Dr. Hauschka's products so will definitely try the Arnica & Birch oil. I just wish these products weren't so expensive. Using the Normalizing Day Oil is a very "scentual" experience. Thanks for the tip!

I love the "Moisturizing Day Cream" for my drier more "mature" face skin.
I agree, if they weren't so damned expensive I'd buy way more of their products. I limit myself to just a few items and try to make them last. So far in my search I have not found any face cream that agrees with me more than the Dr.H's. I just added a few drops of water to the last bit in the bottle this morning so I can coax it out and use up every molecule.
If the Birch/Arnica oil didn't last so long I wouldn't buy it again- scarily priced. But thankfully a little goes a long way- especially if you put it on after the shower, before you are completely dry.

    Hey Knotted~
I had an Ibex Guide sweater that I bought last fall (2006). I got it out this winter and I noticed that it had pilled (sp?) really bad even though I had only worn it less than 12 times and never washed it. I emailed Ibex and they offered to replace it for me with another style of sweater (they no longer make a W Guide). I returned it for a Full Zip Shak, no questions asked! I didn't even have to pay for shipping!
    That's great customer service!

And Knot, if they don't take it back, there's always someone a little smaller than you around (hint, hint) that might be interested in the sweater (please describe better please?)

Not only did it shrink like mad, but it pilled horribly. and the zipper looks funny because it DIDN'T shrink when the fabric did.

Mimi, I really don't think you'd want it.

I'll call them this time instead of emailing.
