I've seen some really beautiful tats over mastectomy scars, flowers and vines and feathers, amazing creative lovely stuff. There's a woman here in Seattle who specializes in doing mastectomy scars. That was amazing stuff thanks for the link. I would get one if my dh liked them. He doesn't like the thought of one on me.
