But partial hijack: how do you calculate your HR zones? I let my ForeRunner software do it. According to the gadget, Z2 starts right about where I start to breathe hard, which is 144, and that makes sense, but that means the rest of the zones on up to my max are very narrow (8-10 bpm). Can that be right?
