I'm a big fan of Women's Health. It's the only magazine I've ever subscribed to and I intend to keep it up. There are always great nutrition tips - as well as sample exercises for stretching, cardio, yoga, or weights. They also do a good job of incorporating stories/tips/photos of real-sized women (which speaks highly of the editors). And their 'fluff' stuff is actually informational and entertaining. I haven't tossed out a single issue.
