my route wasn't quite 20 miles. Just over 18.5 miles and did two hill climbs (starting my hill reps for 1258 feet of climb). My HR maxed out today at 176 and kept it above 160 for 48:45 Oui, I need to seriously lose about 20lbs. And my back was more or less okay. Still can't ride on the drops though. I feel like things are looking up. Even though I've been off riding since the Holstein ride in Sept. and I just started back up in earnest about week and half ago, getting up to 18.5 mile is pretty good.
