Got there! Our snowy forecast held back and I had a wonderful crisp, almost windless ride this a.m. for the miles I needed to get to 10,000 ... and I did it IN FRONT OF HOWARD (Last year we were actively competing... this year I'd originally never intended such a ridiculous goal as 10K... but events conspired so I did 400 miles in the last week. (Okay, technically 399.65 but I do still have to go to the bank!)

I think everyone who rode be it a mile or 10,000 miles is awesome - we rock ladies!

Like Silver and others I took the bike out for one last spin and closed the year with 7,360 miles.

I hope everyone has a safe and joyous New Year!

2007 started chaotically, so the only real cycling goal was to do my favorite fundraising ride fixed. Raised some money, got on the bike and rode. Mission accomplished. Got in around 2500 miles too. Some chaos managed, so 2008 is off to a good start.
