Yeah, I know how that is. Trust me on this. I went through that "omg, the tri is in two weeks and I haven't been in a pool yet" crisis situation!

Can you swim at all? Or do you just need to work on it? It'll get there and to be honest, it compliments running perfectly. You don't want to run every day so it is a wonderful cross-training activity.
