Does acorn squash look like acorns? Or taste like acorns? I have not heard of acorn squash before...

Mmmmmmm, squash.

Christmas dinner was homegrown kabocha squash gnocchi with sage butter. We still have six or seven nice-sized butternuts in the cellar. Yum!

Thanks for the links... Have not seen that one before... it does resemble an acorn I guess...

I only really like one type of pumpkin/squash... and that's Butternut... very sweet and yummy no matter how it is cooked
