Christmas dinner was homegrown kabocha squash gnocchi with sage butter. We still have six or seven nice-sized butternuts in the cellar. Yum!

I only really like one type of pumpkin/squash... and that's Butternut... very sweet and yummy no matter how it is cooked![]()
