So, I've only had my bike since December. But, my boyfriend's boss is "financially secure", shall we say? This means he can afford very nice bikes. So, I've been comparing the parts and stuff on his vs. mine and learning the difference (some things are so subtle I really don't care, others make a huge differnece-enough that I would pay for them...that kind of thing).

So, we go to get a heart rate monitor for me yesterday and The Boyfriend says "come over here Lynne...I want to show you something..." So we start looking at this Giant road bike. Right next to it a 2004 Fuji Professional. Keep in mind that mine's a hybrid (and I do love my little bike)...but dang!!!#$@#$#% I totally fell in love with the Fuji (uh yeah...$2K worth of falling in love, mind you! ).

Having said that, I guess my threshold for wanting an upgrade is 6 mos!!! How long did it take you guys? ROFLMAO...apparently being healthy, getting back to nature..blah blah blah ISN'T cheap, is it?
