Running bells - December 17th to 23rd

I ran last night, 2.9 miles on the treadmill. I hate treadmills.

I hate 'em too, hence running in the wind and the rain. I'll run on the treadmill as a last resort but it's boring, I sweat, and there has to be more to life than just watching the mileage go by.

2.9 miles is a lot on a treadmill!
