Half-marathon over. Sabbatical year over. It's back to "sacking shirt and oat cakes" as they say here.
The butterflies are doing the outrageous dances for you: cartwheels and somersaults and jet plane imitations - they are having a blast!!! I'm so happy for you! Keep keeping that end goal in sight and you'll heal up so well! Maybe not better than before, but smarter than you were before...(I know that's what my injury did for me)
