I was actually too hot this on a 5 mile walk in 25 degree F weather.
That is a truly bizarre statement coming from someone who has been cold all her life, someone who avoided going outside at all during cold weather....ever.

I just looked at the outdoor thermometer through the window this morning, saw 20 degrees, and didn't take into account that it was sunny and no wind. So I piled on about 2 layers of merino too many and set out. An hour, a few miles and 5 degrees warmer later, I wound up having to remove my heaviest sweater and tie it around my waist just to be bit less sweaty. I could have removed yet another layer but it was too much trouble unwrapping myself.

My green Bergenz loden wool jacket should be arriving tomorrow- I hope it fits well....

A bit concerned that the bra won't be good for my floppy 34 C "girls," and my beloved CW-X is cheaper than the Ibex (which might not be supportive enough). Any feedback on how supportive the Ibex sports bra is for us older-bodied chicks?

Wool undies are wonderful! Better than silk, even! When I get over my "I didn't do enough for the holidays" guilt, I will order a pair of Ibex undies. I already have 3 pair of their women's boxer briefs, and they are my favorite underwear of all!
