Something tells me that reading this thread is at cross-purposes with my participation in the Weight Loss Challenge thread! LOL

Could you do this with a chocolate wafer of some kind? Like an Oreo cookie filled with PB instead of that weird white stuff?

Blame away...I have broad shoulders! Just let your conscience be your guide.

Almond bark is pretty much white chocolate.

Yellow, have you ever tried Junipero Gin?
Is that the one that is made by Anchor? I think I've tried it, but that was before I had developed any sort of taste for gin. I've never seen it here in Ooootah. We're limited to what the State thinks we should be able to have.

P.S. I'm not a huge chocolate fan either, but I sure like that combination of chocolate and salty!

We do a Rollo on the pretzel, in the oven for 4 minutes, take them out, and then gently squish a pecan into the Rollo. Call them Christmas miracles.

My daughters would like to send Yellow their thanks, not only are these really tasty but kids can make them and not much risk of burns 'cause the pan doesn't even have time to get hot.

Yes indeed - made by Anchor. Next time you're out here we'll have to set you up with some.

Dark chocolate and salty might be pretty good... hmmm.

    Oh no.
This thread is gonna make me do something bad.

After that Halloween thread I found out I like candy corn and circus peanuts.

Glad they enjoyed it! I made another batch this evening to take to work again because people are asking for them. I've never had that happen before.

I also tried the little Reese's PB cups tonight, cut in half. Kind of a flop...really melty to begin with and then kind of boring. I think the consistency of the Rolos is better.

    ingredients

Reminder to Aussies & Kiwis...locating mini marshmallows, hershey's kisses, rollos & many of the other items will be very exciting..

Instead of hershey;s kisses use Nestle Melts.

Another reminder..don't go to the supermarket when it's 34C and then transport the items home...

A friend made these for a Christmas party last week! Only instead of another pretzel on top, she squished an M&M into each melted Hershey's Kiss. Very tasty!
