Yes, I just head for the white vinegar or baking soda when stuff gets stinky . . . but the dog goes to the day spa.

wash your gloves more frequently and they won't get stinky in the first place. seriously -- my gloves go in the laundry every week. and then they never stink.
another alternative to gloves on the trainer is to drape a dishtowel over the hoods/bar.

WIN is just regular detergent with Oxyclean premixed into it. They've done an excellent job of marketing it. You can get the exact same results with regular detergent and a scoop of Oxyclean or Biz at much less cost.
Here is my famous "stinky bike gear" recipe.
presoak in biz ( or other enzyme presoak) over night, then wash with any detergent and Oxyclean or other oxygen booster. Ta da, stink is gone.
but hey, use whatever makes you happy.
