Hornblower was a good, but the benefits weren't great. The job was maybe a little bit of a step backward.

Start date is Jan. 7. We hope we can finish the floors before then.
He can take BART (rapid transit) and there is lots of motorcycle parking in the financial district, so he'll probably do a mixture.
