I didn't disappear, life just keeps throwing me curveballs. Let's see, my friend died, I had to call the cops on my neighbor because he was freaking out on something and pounding on my door, and last night I lost my house key and had to have a locksmith drill through the lock at 11:30PM. I was definitely off the wagon, and didn't exercise as much as I have been. Saturday I had gone shopping and was shocked to find I had dropped a pant size! So I am very motivated to keep going even if the numbers aren't there. Hopefully I won't fall asleep while on the trainer tonight.

I'm on a training plan that I'm following to a 't', rode 111 miles on Saturday, a fast 50 yesterday, watching my diet, getting sleep, and I'm up 3 lbs. today. First day of that time of the month, but still, can I still be in the challenge without having to look at the scale?
For 3 days, I get to part of a thousand other journeys.

Well, I haven't seen the new thread yet, so I will say here: Yay, thank you Lord, I am back on the diet wagon this week. Down to 164, started at 169. Have been working out this week, found a coach (!) yay!!! I am hopeful again about my goals for 2008.
