    kinesio tape is very cool stuff.

    As far as your knee, it wouldn't hurt to get a script for your knee and let the PT work on it. Bring your bike in, have them put it on their trainer, get the PT to watch and see what's going on with your pedalling that might be bugging your knee.

    Old injury or new injury, mechanical issues can always be worked on.

    Thx Knott.... good thought about the trainer and ride at PT. See what the doc says while I'm there. Might as well see if they can multitask and fix some more things for my PT $.

    I agree with the above. I have used the tape with some of my patients with good success. As for the bike fit, definately go for it. I acutally ended up going to a PT friend who is also a semi pro rider to have her fit me vs LBS which did wonders and definately decreased my back pain.
