It is yet another cold and rainy day in Kentucky I logged 22.5 miles on my trainer in the comfort of my living room. Thank goodness for the music video countdown on VH1.

Looks like tomorrow will be about the same. I so badly want to take my new bike out for a long ride someday the weather gods will give me a warm, dry weekend and hopefully before April!
