Yep, they did all kinds of adjustments on that front deraileur. I believe that they even tried a totally different one. My H was determined to make it work, so for months, it was a little tense around our house as one thing after another failed to solve the problem!
Once he gave up and went with the triple, peace returned!Luckily, the bike worked as beautifully with the triple as it did with the double. Phew!
